Business website & operations platform
A vending service website for Antofagasta and VMMS, a connected platform for inventory, routes, collections and field teams.
The brief
Master Vending serves businesses in Antofagasta with coffee, snacks and drinks at work. Its digital presence covers both sides of that service: helping a business evaluate a machine for its premises, and explaining the software behind a vending operation.
The service website at mastervending.cl introduces installation, replenishment and maintenance. The product website at mastervending.app introduces VMMS, with inventory, routes, collections and access for different team roles.
The service website
The service website explains what Master Vending operates and what a customer needs to provide. Machine options bring coffee, snacks and drinks into a practical comparison, supported by local service information, business logos and answers to common questions.
The enquiry gathers company and contact details, region, machine interests, location and the number of people using the premises. That gives the team context for evaluating the space and recommending a solution. WhatsApp provides another direct contact route, while installation remains subject to assessment.
The product website
VMMS introduces the operation through an interactive vending machine model. Visitors can explore inventory, routes and collections using clearly labelled example data before reading how those areas connect.
The feature section explains stock by location, replenishment, route planning, operator assignments, collections, reconciliation and coin movements. The product story connects those tasks with the people doing the work, with permissions for administration, logistics and field operators.
The operation
The operational workflow moves through three stages: review the fleet and prioritise needs, prepare stock and assign routes, then record visits, movements and collections. Warehouse work, vehicle stock and machine servicing belong to that same sequence.
Field operators need focused views of assigned routes and visits, while administrators need the broader picture for coordination and review. Connecting the records supports reporting and reconciliation across the handoffs.
The next stage
The service website links vending operators to VMMS, and the product website links back to the local business. Each audience has its own entry point and a clear route to the related experience.
The VMMS enterprise offering is presented as in development. Its early-access form asks about the person and company interested in using it. The case study shows the live public websites and their demo interface, without treating early access as a completed enterprise launch.
