Usually the goal is to connect what you already use. I check whether each tool offers a suitable API, webhook or export before recommending an approach.
We plan the failure path as part of the workflow: how an error becomes visible, who needs to act and whether a retry is appropriate. Duplicate records and partial updates are considered during testing.
Yes. An automation can prepare a record, report or message and wait for someone to review it. We agree which actions can run automatically and which need a person’s decision.
